Goodbye Civilization
Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 10:34AM Quick workout today. You'll spend more time on the warm-up than the workout. Make it count.
- Warm-up:
- 10-min jog
- 20m high knees
- 20m butt kicks
- 50x squats
- 20m karaoke (both sides)
- 20m lateral skips (both sides)
- 20m lunges
- Workout:
- 4 rounds of:
- 30-sec Hard
- 30-sec Recover
- 4 rounds of:
- 60-sec Hard
- 60-sec Recover
- Cool-down & Stretch
I finally got some vacation, so I'm heading as far away from civilization as possible. I passed Ben and Shane the next few workouts, so they'll be posting them up. Hope you all enjoy them.
