If you haven't signed up for the CrossFit Games Open yet, now is the time to do it. You must be registered and must have completed and submitted your score for WOD 1 by 6 p.m. on Sunday. We want to encourage everyone to do it. Athletes of all levels can compete. This video talks about the benefits of competing in the Open. Take a look and seriously consider it.
